From a supplied lacquer or DMM, we can supply you with a set of direct stampers.Good for short runs. With a Lacquer cut, there’s just one chance. If the stamper gets damaged, a new cut is needed. With a DMM cut, we can do more than one stamper, but it is highly advised to do them all at once, because the copper surface of the DMM may tarnish after some time.Two step, Lacquer, DMM
From a supplied lacquer or DMM, we can make one direct stamper and one Mother (positive), This allows us to check the audio if needed and make more stampers if needed. Good for medium runs. With a DMM, this step is mostly done to ensure multiple backups of said DMM.Process
Lacquer inspection, Lacquer prep work (mechanical work on the edges and center), Lacquer cleaning and prep for silvering, Lacquer silvering, Preplating, Main Plating, Cleaning, Separation, Desilvering, Prep for passivation, Passivation, Main plating again, Cleaning, Separation again, Backsanding.

From a supplied lacquer or DMM, we can make a Father (negative) from wich We can then make various mothers (positives) and stampers (negatives), This allows us to check the audio if needed and make more mothers and stampers if needed. Good for long runs and if there’s a need to run the same production across various presses or pressing plants.Process
